The IT Manager’s role is to ensure the streamlined operation of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization. This individual will plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department. The IT Manager will work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. This person will also define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

This position reports to the General Manager. This is a new position responsible for overseeing the quality process. They have four plants of which three are located in Michigan and one outside the state. They make approximately 800 products and have capability for stamping, forging, hot forming as well as machining (CNC) and water jet. The Quality Manager will be overseeing a team of quality technicians, quality administrative and a supplier quality person. They will work closely with engineering.
Requirements:
5 plus years quality experience – metals
Some management experience and capability
LEAN experience preferred
Good team player…fit into entrepreneurial hard working environment

A Lansing area and privately owned manufacturing company is looking for a controller/CFO with 5 manufacturing divisions. This CFO position will oversee all accounting functions with additional responsibility for HR and other administrative functions. This person will have a staff of 6. Responsibilities include overseeing the production of the day to day accounting; providing financial analysis, cost analysis, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
